Monthly assessments are used to pay for common area expenses, such as utilities like water, electricity and trash collection, as well as insurance, vendor services like gardening and janitorial, property repairs and maintenance, and, yes, property management services. Without this money, your association cannot meet its financial obligations; therefore, it is important for all homeowners pay their monthly assessment in a timely manner. Please choose the method of payment that works best for you.
Monthly assessments are due on the first of each month.
Payments received after the 15th are subject to late fees and interest.
